Yes, you can drive right into the Park, and there are mobility parks there for you. Some of the tracks are also wheelchair accessible. From Victoria Park you can also drive up the Summit Road to the Sign of the Kiwi, and all along the summit of the Port Hills. There are numerous places where you can stop and enjoy the scenery.
