In the NSW Hunter Valley we fly all year round. The period from October to April is considered the optimal time in regards to suitable weather. The views are sensational regardless of the time of year and we offer absolutely no guarantee in regards to weather. Winter is cold and summer hot so it comes down to personal preference.

Hi, Beyond Ballooning is located in the Hunter Valley away from the coast so is not subject to the coastal winds Newcastle experiences. We do experience westerly winds at times through our summer. In saying that Beyond Ballooning operate year round, and would not operate in unsafe conditions; their safety record is impeccable.
