Olympic gold medalist Simone Biles issued an apology for getting “personal” with former college swimmer Riley Gaines following their explosive online spat over transgender athletes in women’s sports.

Biles’ post come days after she and political activist Riley Gaines sparred on social media over transgender athletes.

"I believe sports organizations have a responsibility to come up with rules supporting inclusion while maintaining fair competition," Biles said in a post on X.
