On Aug. 12, FX and Hulu released the first two episodes of Alien: Earth. From there, a new episode will drop every week on Tuesdays until the season finale on Sept. 23, 2025. Here’s the full release schedule:

But Alien: Earth is a ton of fun so far, and part of that fun stems from the fact that this particular xenomorph is not picking off anything one-by-one. It is killing its way through this show like it's got a bodycount quota. Hell yeah.

The series by creator Noah Hawley is described as a spin-off to the original Ridley Scott-directed film, " Alien ," from 1979. The film follows a space crew aboard the starship, Nostromo, who are on their journey back home when they receive a distress call from an alien vessel.
