Fortnite may finally be returning to the U.S. iOS app store after a long absence as soon as next week. This marks yet another ruling in the deepening saga of the drawn-out legal tit for tat between Apple and Epic Games.

The Fortnite maker might return the hit game to the Apple marketplace next week if Apple removes its App Store fees worldwide.

A judge said that Apple failed to comply with a prior injunction order, which was imposed in an antitrust lawsuit brought by the “Fortnite” maker.
