Prosecutors plan to seek the death penalty against a Tennessee man charged with killing the parents, grandmother and uncle of an infant found abandoned in a home’s front yard.

Drummond is charged with four counts of first-degree murder, as well as aggravated kidnapping and abandonment. The judge revealed that the four Tiptonville victims were found shot to death.

In federal court filings, the U.S. Marshals Service said it believes the prime suspect in a quadruple murder in Lake County may have fled Tennessee.
