Hamilton told police he stabbed, strangled and punched his grandmother before moving her body into the restroom and leaving with her credit card, cellphone and laptop, WUSA and WRC-TV reported, citing the documents. Hamilton was arrested at the police department and charged with first-degree murder, police said.
