MILWAUKEE - Jackson Chourio and Jake Bauers hit home runs, Quinn Priester struck out seven in six strong innings and the Milwaukee Brewers defeated the Atlanta Braves 4-1 on Tuesday night. Chourio put the Brewers on the board with a 409-foot, two-run homer in the third off Grant Holmes (3-5).

The Brewers have a run differential of plus-23 but their runs created plus metric of 92 is the third-worst in the National League. Milwaukee's batting order will face Braves ace Chris Sale in the opening matchup of the series.

MILWAUKEE, WI (WSAU) — The Atlanta Braves beat the Milwaukee Brewers 6-2 on Wednesday afternoon at American Family Field. The Brewers offense continued to struggle managing just five hits in the game.

The Brewers also made a historic announcement on the rookie right-hander. Per Jack Stern of Brewer Fanatic, the team announced Misiorowski is just the third pitcher since 1900 to throw five-plus no-hit innings in an MLB debut.

Veteran right-hander Aaron Civale has requested a trade from the Brewers after they recently called up Jacob Misiorowski.
