There's a new start time for the Boston St. Patrick's Day Parade as authorities look to limit "out-of-control behavior."

The parade was plagued last year by public drinking, violence, assaults, overcrowding, and disorderly conduct, officials said.

To tackle rowdy antics, such as unsafe rooftop parties and public urination, during the annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade in South Boston, elected officials and organizers will implement changes to this year’s event.
