South Africa needs five more Sri Lanka wickets to win the first cricket test in Durban. Centuries by Tristan Stubbs and captain Temba Bavuma set Sri Lanka a massive target of 516 runs to win at Kingsmead.

South Africa are just five wickets from victory as Sri Lanka finished the third day of the first Test on 5-103 in their second innings after being set a 516-run target on Friday. The home side will have two days to chase down the remaining wickets with Sri Lanka still needing a daunting 413 more runs to win the match at Kingsmead.

Stubbs has been signed for $1.15 million dollars by Delhi Capitals for the next Indian Premier League season but said his six-hitting prowess was a relatively recent development. “Through school and university I was a nudger,” he said.
