A SpaceX Falcon 9 booster rocket successfully launched Saturday to deploy 22 Starlink satellites into low-Earth orbit Saturday evening from the Space Force Base in Vandenberg, Calif.

SpaceX launched another set of its Starlink internet satellites from southern California on Saturday evening (Feb 22). A Falcon 9 rocket carrying 22 Starlink spacecraft lifted off from Vandenberg Space Force Station at 8:38 p.m. EST (5:38 p.m. local time or 0138 GMT Feb. 23).

A bright and cold Friday morning saw a SpaceX rocket lift off on the latest Starlink mission. At 10:19 a.m., the rocket lifted off from Cape Canaveral Space Launch Complex 40. The Falcon 9 was carrying 23 Starlink internet satellites, 13 which included direct to cell capabilities, as it rumbled on a southeast trajectory.
