The US is holding secret talks with Russia and Ukraine in Abu Dhabi in an effort to finalise a peace plan to end the war. US Army Secretary Dan Driscoll and a Russian delegation met last night to discuss the Trump administration’s peace proposal, it was reported.
A plan to end Russia’s war with Ukraine is progressing, according to American and Ukrainian officials, who also acknowledged more work still to do.
