The Idaho Potato Commission's sculpture has been converted into a hotel after serving several tours on the Famous Idaho Potato Tour.

“So what we do is we go on a seven-month tour every year, representing over 700 family farmers in Idaho, with our big four-ton potato,” Erin Witherspoon, Idaho Potato Tour Brand Ambassador, said.

The Big Idaho® Potato Truck visited two Tennessee Valley Kroger stores, offering photo ops and potato education.
