The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife is searching for the person responsible for poaching a cow elk and leaving it to waste in Tillamook County.

On Saturday, Oregon State Police Fish and Wildlife troopers received a report of three dead cow elk on private property near Cold Springs Reservoir and Kosmos Road east of Hermiston.

3 more elk poached and left to rot south of Tri-Cities, WA in Umatilla County, say Oregon State Police. 6 total this fall and winter.
