LONG BEACH, Calif. (KABC) -- A fatal accident involving a big rig shut down northbound lanes of the 710 Freeway in Long Beach Monday morning. An overturned big rig was reported just after 9 a.m.
The CHP said a Stockton man, the suspected big-rig driver, left the crash scene last week and hasn’t been seen since.
