Lafayette Hotels Group, the Bangor-based hotel chain that bought Portland's Holiday Inn By the Bay in May, has acquired the Holiday Inn-Portland West for an undisclosed sum.
According to the Lafayette Hotels website, the group has 26 Maine hotels and resorts — plus, now, the Boothbay Harbor purchase — and four New Hampshire hotels and resorts.
