One of the bright spots in the game was freshman Sebastian Williams-Adams. Williams-Adams fouled out of the game after scoring 12 points and playing just 19 minutes off the bench. Auburn head coach Steven Pearl said after the game that he noticed a spark in his team when Williams-Adams was on the floor.
