The Dallas Cowboys are in a precarious spot when it comes to their 2025 playoff hopes, but they aren't out of it yet. Here's where the Cowboys sit in the NFC East and wild-card standings for Week 15.
No. 6 - San Francisco 49ers 10-4 (Wild Card) No. 7 - Green Bay Packers 9-4-1 (Wild Card)
The NFC North winner looks like a coinflip. The Athletic's model gives the Packers a 48 percent chance of winning the division right now, and it would go up to 82 percent with a win over the Bears on Saturday. Chicago took down the Cleveland Browns with ease in bitter cold temps at Soldier Field on Sunday.
The NFC playoff race is heating up. The Chicago Bears, who were in the No. 1 seed a week ago, tumbled all the way to the final wild card spot. The Los Angeles Rams are back on top of the conference, and the Green Bay Packers now lead the NFC North.
Thanks to Sunday's win over the Browns and losses by the Packers and Lions, the Bears are again in control of the NFC North and seeded No. 2 in the NFC.
The Eagles are 9-5, and back into the winners' circle after a 31-0 shutout win over the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday afternoon. Philadelphia still has two NFC East contests remaining, but a Dallas loss to Minnesota would all but wrap up back-to-back division titles.
