One confirmed tornado touched down north of Bloomington in Monroe County just before 10 p.m., crossing Interstate 69 and toppling trees and power lines.
Rain and thunderstorms are in the forecast during the afternoon and severe weather is possible during the evening hours and overnight on Monday, April 13, according to the National Weather Service.
