A second superseding indictment filed against Sean “Diddy” Combs in the Southern District of New York accuses the music mogul of verbally and physically threatening his employees. At least one employee claims they were forced to engage in sex acts with Combs as a result of these threats and harm.

Combs returned to federal court in New York City on Friday, pleading not guilty to the latest version of an indictment charging him with two decades of sex trafficking crimes.

The afternoon’s proceeding wrapped in a little less than an hour and, aside from the not-guilty plea, was largely confined to housekeeping matters.
