The Indiana football program has re-signed safety Amare Ferrell as the team prepares for the national championship game.
On Oregon’s next drive, Indiana sacked Moore on consecutive plays and the Ducks (13-2) were forced to punt. With just under 5 minutes to go in the half, ESPN announcer Sean McDonough offered a succinct summary of the first half:

Oregon got off to a rough start to Friday's semifinal game when Dante Moore threw a pick-six on the first play from scrimmage. Moore responded by leading the Ducks on a game-tying touchdown drive, although he struggled with ball control later in the half.
