Ozzy Osbourne's longtime guitarist Zakk Wylde has recalled their final moments together, including a heartfelt text from the Black Sabbath legend before his passing

The city of Birmingham announced that Ozzy Osbourne — who died at 76 on Tuesday, July 22 — will be honored with a funeral procession in his hometown on Wednesday, July 30. The Black Sabbath frontman died two weeks after his final performance.

Osbourne, who couldn’t walk on his own anymore, sat in a black leather chair. He sang five songs solo, and was then accompanied by his former bandmates Tony Iommi, Bill Ward and Geezer Butler for four final Black Sabbath tunes.
