Lancaster police officers are looking for 56-year-old James Singleton. They believe he may be on foot. If you know where he is, call police.

The apartments would be built off Buffalo Road, east of Interstate 75 and north of Palmetto. Planned are six four-story buildings, a clubhouse, six garages, a maintenance building and a mail kiosk.
