Heuermann has pleaded not guilty and has yet to stand trial. He is currently incarcerated at the Riverhead Correctional Facility in Suffolk County, New York. In March, Suffolk County Sheriff Dr. Errol D. Toulon Jr told People that Heuermann “doesn’t congregate” with his fellow inmates “because of the crimes he’s accused of.”
