That's right: Spotify, the popular music streaming platform, will soon release Spotify Wrapped – your personalized listening history from 2024 "wrapped up" in a set of Instagram-worthy graphics. Last week, the music platform even teased to the release, letting listeners know the recap was on its way.

Spotify has been giving its listeners breakdowns of their data since 2016. And each year, it’s become a bigger production — and internet sensation. Spotify said its 2023 Wrapped was the “biggest ever created,” in terms of audience reach and the kind of data it provided.

Spotify Wrapped is a personalized look at the user’s past year in streams. Listeners love it because they learn the artist and songs they listened to the most that year, as well as perhaps the embarrassing number of times they had their favorite song on repeat, and other musical or podcast tidbits.

It's pretty simple to look at your Wrapped once it is released. All you have to do is open the app on your phone and click on the correct "Wrapped" icon. Typically speaking, it'll be a little button across a hard-to-miss banner. You can also go to the Wrapped section of the Spotify website.
