Forest Avenue goes car-free for Staten Island Summer Streets event
Despite the low turnout the Advance/SILive.com saw in the hour it walked the event along Forest Avenue, from Bard Avenue to Clove Road, those who did attend said it offered a great chance to get outside and enjoy the summer weather.
