GREEN RIVER -- A crash that occurred near Green River on Wednesday, Feb. 19, resulted in two fatalities and one injury. According to a Wyoming Highway Patrol press release on Thursday, Feb. 20, the fatal crash occurred at about 5:30 p.m. at mile marker 83 on Wyoming Highway 374, south of the Interstate 80 interchange.
