The league will officially begin play on Friday, Jan. 18. The first game will be Collier's Lunar Owls BC against Stewart's Mist BC. It will start at 6 p.m. CT, followed by a second game at 7 p.m. CT. The Finals are scheduled to take place on Monday, March 17. The entire league season will be broadcast on TNT. TruTV and Max.

In the second game, Bradley Central High School graduate Rhyne Howard, who plays for the WNBA's Atlanta Dream, scored 33 points to lead Vinyl to a 79-73 win over Rose. Vinyl was up 67-58 heading into the final quarter and held on for the win. Reese had 10 points and 14 rebounds for Rose.
