Plans are being finalized for Akron's Saint Patrick's Day parade and festivities. The downtown parade − sponsored by the Mark Heffernan/Margaret Judge Divisions of the Ancient Order of Hibernians with assistance from the city of Akron − will step off at noon on March 8.
