A box of Girl Scout cookies is going to cost a little "s'more" this year to keep up with inflation, but it's also teaching young scouts a valuable lesson.

The Girl Scouts plan to retire Girl Scout S’mores and Toast-Yay! cookie flavors at the end of the 2025 season. This year's cookie lineup includes all of the classics, including Thin Mints, and a number of other flavors: A $6 box of Girl Scout cookies can either be purchased online, or in-person at cookie booths across the country.

Girl Scouts across much of the Mid-Atlantic region have already started their annual cookie sales. And if you’re a fan of some of the most recent flavor releases, you’ll want to stop by those grocery-store booths and Walmart storefronts soon.

As Girl Scout cookie season gets underway, two flavors of the sought-after treats will be retired later this year. Girl Scout S'mores and Toast-Yay! cookies will be discontinued at the end of the 2025 selling season.
