Over two months after Jay-Z was accused of raping a 13-year-old girl in a lawsuit filed against him and Sean "Diddy" Combs, the case has been voluntarily dismissed by the woman.

"The frivolous, fictitious and appalling allegations have been dismissed," Jay-Z said in a statement.
