Pressure is mounting on the state government over a 3D model of the proposed Coffs Jetty Precinct Master Plan after a determined council voted for the second time for transparent access.

Police have charged a man with murder over the 2024 death of Duncan Campbell. The condition of Mr Campbell's remains obscured the cause of death and delayed the homicide investigation, police said.
