After months of rain, a downpour starting on February 19, 1955 proved too much for the sodden Upper and Lower Hunter Valley catchments. The downpour became heavier over the coming days.

The alleged offending happened in the Lower Hunter in July and August 2023 ... and must stay out of the Hunter Valley suburb where she taught. There is also a provision for witnesses.
