Miley Cyrus has a few regrets ― some more visible than others. The “Flowers” hitmaker was asked by the New York Times in a recent interview about “a mistake you’ve made that you still think about,” and she named about “80 percent” of her tattoos.

Her fresh tattoo could be an homage to mom Tish Cyrus — though she told the New York Times that "80 percent" of her tattoos were a "mistake."
