Burns avoided a second wave of flooding this week despite concerns that parts of the recently flooded eastern Oregon city could once again be swamped, officials said.

At least 13 students attending University are at risk of deportation after having their visas revoked by the Trump Administration, the university confirmed to KOIN 6 News on Thursday.
