Questions are being raised regarding the oversight of waterparks in Pennsylvania after the Dauphin County Coroner ruled that a 9-year-old child drowned at Hersheypark last week.

The 9-year old child who died after an incident at the Hersheypark water park in Pennsylvania has been identified by the chairman of a local Harrisburg organization.

"At just nine years old, she was full of promise, innocence, and joy — a light in the lives of all who knew her," Bhutanese Community in Harrisburg wrote.
