An arrest warrant has been issued for a woman who failed to turn up to court for allegedly owning a dog which bit a police officer and another person. Jacqueline Brown, 64, from Bedale, failed to appear at York Magistrates' Court on Tuesday after being charged with having a dog that was dangerously out of control and causing injury.
