ATLANTA — Shirley Franklin Boulevard has reopened to traffic after repairs to lanes caused part of the road to collapse.

The announcement was made on Sunday.

WALTON COUNTY, Ga. — Multiple people have been arrested in connection to a possible shooting that left one person dead, according to the Walton County Sheriff's Office.
