Despite Yuki Tsunoda’s latest Q1 elimination, with the driver out of qualifying for the Hungarian GP in 16th place, Laurent Mekies says the team has no intention of replacing him. Red Bull are experiencing a difficult weekend at the Hungaroring, with neither driver excelling in any of the sessions.

Red Bull Formula 1 driver Yuki Tsunoda is set to start the Hungarian Grand Prix from the pitlane after breaking parc ferme to take new power unit components. The Japanese driver had originally qualified 16th for the race at the Hungaroring after a difficult weekend for the Milton Keynes-based outfit.
