Britney Spears’ ex-husband Sam Asghari opened up about their whirlwind romance, newlywed life and eventual split on ‘The Viall Files’

Sam Asghari had nothing but great things to say about his ex, Britney Spears, and her "genius ideas" during an interview with Nick Viall of iHeartRadio podcast The Viall Files on Wednesday (February 12).

Sam Asghari, Britney Spears’ ex-husband, recently opened up about their relationship during an appearance on the Sibling Revelry podcast with Kate Hudson and Oliver Hudson. Reflecting on their time together, Sam (30) revealed that things were initially “going really well” – but that changed when he learnt more about Britney’s personal situation.

Sam Asghari's relationship with Britney Spears was never going to be normal, given the fact that Spears is one of the most famous women on the planet. But on top of all of that, the singer was famously under a conservatorship for about 13 years - something Asghari says was "strange" for him before their split in 2023.
