Reflecting on the country's past to create a better future for all was part of the message at the 19th annual Juneteenth Festival on Germantown Avenue.

Troy University's Rosa Parks Museum held its 10th annual festival Saturday, with more celebrations on the horizon.

Thousands gathered at Piedmont Park for the Juneteenth Atlanta Parade and Music Festival, a celebration of freedom, unity, and resilience.
