Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth apparently spent Monday morning in San Antonio before continuing a tour of manufacturing facilities in Texas including Elon Musk's Starbase and a Lockheed Martin plant in Fort Worth. The blue-and-white Air Force jet he's traveling on arrived at Kelly Field about 8:30 a.m. and left for North Texas about 11:00 a.m.
