Carlos Alcaraz is taking part in his first grass-court tournament at Queen’s Club since winning Wimbledon for a second time last year and the five-time Grand Slam champion is odds-on to begin his All England Club defence with a victory under his belt.
After playing host to the women, the HSBC Championships 2025 at Queen's Club will welcome the men. The tournament will take place from June 16-22. Carlos Alcaraz leads the draw as the top seed.
Alcaraz, who won Queen's in 2023 and is defending Wimbledon champion, had considered missing the event after winning the French Open.
Zheng will play either the third seed Emma Navarro or eighth seed Amanda Anisimova in the semi-finals, before a potential final showdown with Australian Open champion Madison Keys or German qualifier Tatjana Maria, who stunned former Wimbledon winner Elena Rybakina earlier in the afternoon.
Emma Raducanu cruised into the quarter-finals at the Queen's Club Championships with a 6-4 6-1 victory over Rebecca Sramkova on Thursday but fellow Britons Katie Boulter and Heather Watson were knocked out.
