Authorities are investigating a Southern California couple after their infant child was taken to a hospital with a traumatic head injury and 21 children were discovered in their custody.

Video showed the baby’s nanny shook and hit the child on May 5. He wasn’t taken to a hospital until two days later.

Kayla Elliott said she was tricked into carrying a child for an Arcadia couple who had multiple women serving as surrogates for them. At least 21 children were seized from the couple's home.
