May 6, 2024 · Oh okay. I was confused by your initial comment concerning the history of black men wearing beads. That is nothing new, their always were a subset of black men wearing them. Although not with the rainbow colours. I understand what you are saying but braids were always worn by both men and women as a symbol of status in the past.
