Time to feed some aquatic lizards… OK, I lied: no these aren't lizards, or axolotls, but rather newts! Even though they're not axolotls, they still love the @Zoo Med Laboratories, Inc. axolotl pellets which are designed for aquatic newts as well! They can be a little clumsy to start but they always eventually figure out how to eat. Just as fascinating to me as lizards, I have a small collection of a few newt species I’m raising. They are being kept in bare bottom tanks as this is easiest to keep
