I got my first Santa hat prototyped and I learned a lot! a) no 3d printed material at the tip as the ball covers it and it will make it easier to hand sew. b) I needed to make the brim twice as high. c) I can make the ball shiny at the end but will probably keep the brim plain, for comfort and ease of assembly.
