Over the past 30 years, the Cowboy Recreation Nature Trail has been taking shape. When complete, the developing 317-mile trail will be a boon for tourism across Nebraska and provide quality-of-life benefits—connecting 30 rural communities, all four of the state’s distinct ecoregions, and the longest path along cross-country route of the @greatamericanrailtrail.
