On December 9, Animal Humane Society rescued 41 animals from inhumane living conditions. At the property of an unlicensed breeder, our humane investigators found dozens of dogs — including vulnerable puppies — roaming an unsanitary home covered with feces and urine. We also removed several birds from dirty cages with no access to food or water. These animals desperately need basic care, including vaccines, sterilization surgery, and treatment for stress and parasites, and some will need behavior
