They looked great… until I cracked one open. Completely hollow inside. 💨 This batch used a mix of cashew and almond flour — cashew’s not for now, but it taught me a lot. The texture, the rise, the structure… all lessons baked right in. Every batch gets me closer to cracking the vegan code (pun intended 😉).
